Will my cat have their own private space?
Definitely. At our luxury cat hotel, each cat stays in its own deluxe enclosure, with no mixing between guests. Our villas are individually separated to ensure your cat enjoys a quiet, stress‑free environment.
Will I get updates real-time while my cat is staying with you?
We send regular updates - including photos and messages - so you know your pet is in good hands. For longer stays or special requests, we can also provide more frequent live check-ins.
Can I pack my cat’s favorite food or things from home?
Yes! We encourage you to bring your cat’s familiar items: food, bedding, toys - to make the stay feel more cozy and comforting for them. Although we supply basic bedding and toys, familiar items help more anxious cats settle in faster.
What happens if my cat gets sick or stressed?
They’ll be in the best hands. Our on-site veterinary team can step in immediately if anything seems off - and we’ll update you straight away if your cat needs extra care.
Can I visit the facility before booking?
